On April 6, Shareholder Tom Weber presented “Good Intentions – Bad Outcome” at the Valley Forge Convention Center. The seminar sponsored by The Dentist Insurance Company (TDIC), instructed dentists from the greater Philadelphia area on the potential problem associated with attempting to satisfy patients’ expectations when they are not consistent with the dentist’s professional judgment.
