David M. Steckel

David M. Steckel was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the bar in 1998. Dave is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Dave received degrees from Bloomsburg University (B.S., cum laude, 1992) and The Dickinson School of Law (J.D., 1998). At Dickinson, Dave was a member of the Dickinson Journal of International Law. Dave served as a law clerk for The Honorable Edward N. Cahn, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and also for the Honorable Franklin S. Van Antwerpen, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Dave is the President, and a member of the Board of Directors, of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Central Pennsylvania chapter. Dave is also a member of the Fairview Township Recreation Commission. 

Dave is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He practices in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, Civil Rights Litigation, and Defamation Law.
