Joshua D. Lock

Joshua D. Lock was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Joshua is a 1971 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. From 1975-1979, he served as the Chief Public Defender of Dauphin County. He is a former president of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Joshua is a frequent lecturer and co-author of "Criminal Law and Trial Techniques," Affirmative Defenses: Negating Criminal Culpability," "Pennsylvania Forfeiture Law, a Substantive Primer," and "Linear Litigation: An Analytical Basis for Preparing and Conducting Direct and Cross-Examination." He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He practices in the area of criminal law in both federal and state court.
