J.
Ronaldo Legaspi was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and was admitted
to practice law in 2005. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania
(B.A., 1996). He received his law degree from the Widener University School
of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2004), where he served as a senior staff member
of the Law Review and was the author of Rox Coal Co. v. Workers' Compensation
Appeal Board: The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Rejects a Police Report
as Uncorroborated Hearsay and Affirms the Vitality of the Walker Rule
in Workers' Compensation Proceedings, 13 Widener Law Journal 611 (2004)
and Harrisburg School District v. Zogby: The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
Concludes It Cannot Countenance a “Closed Class” Created by
the Education Empowerment Act, 14 Widener Law Journal 619 (2005). Mr.
Legaspi is admitted to the Pennsylvania courts and the United States
District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Legaspi is
a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and American
Mensa. He is also an active member of Holy Cross Orthodox Church
in Williamsport. Mr. Legaspi practices in the areas of commercial litigation,
corporate law, and estates and trusts.
