April L. Strang-Kutay was born in York, Pennsylvania. She was admitted to the bar in 1986. April is admitted to the Pennsylvania courts. April received degrees from Pennsylvania State University (B.A., cum laude, 1983) and The Dickinson School of Law (J.D., 1986). April is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and American Society of Law and Medicine. She practices in the areas of Medical Negligence Litigation and Social Security Disability.
