Neil E. Hendershot

Neil E. Hendershot is a graduate of Bucknell University (1973), and The Dickinson School of Law (1976). He served as a law clerk to President Judge Martin J. Coyne, sitting in the Orphans' Court Division, Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, PA (1976-77), as a solicitor to Dauphin County, PA (1984-86), and as solicitor to the Dauphin County General Authority (1984-2000).

Neil has participated actively in bar association, leadership, professional, community and teaching activities for many years, including:

Widener University School of Law (Harrisburg Campus): Adjunct Professor of Law (2000-present), teaching "Estate Planning & Administration" (2000-05) and "Elder Law" (Fall, 2005).

Neil is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC). He was selected for inclusion in "Best Lawyers in America" (2000-present) under "Trusts & Estates", in Philadelphia Magazine's "SuperLawyers" (2004-2005) under "Estate Planning/Trusts", and in "Who's Who in Law Education" (2005).
